Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses more on technique and physics than size and speed, making it a perfect martial art for any person, any body shape, and any level of fitness. 
 We are committed to providing quality instruction in BJJ in a fun and friendly environment for students of all ages. Our classes are structured to be fast paced and easy to learn.  We providing curriculum oriented classes that allow you to progress and learn BJJ quickly and effectively.

Our Programs

Our programs promote a fun and safe place to practice BJJ for anyone that wants to learn and practice BJJ. We run the classes at a fast pace to make them interesting and challenging but without loosing focus on the technical parts of Jiu Jitsu.

We also offer Krav Maga and CrossFit in addition to our BJJ programs.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will not make you a super human with super human strength, but what it WILL do is give you an advantage over the bigger , stronger person. Jiu Jitsu’s fighting techniques will overcome brute strength or force by using leverage and technique.

Practicing Jiu Jitsu is very cardio intensive. It gives you confidence with everyday life and it will and can also help with building relationships and the camaraderie that goes along with it.
